The National Visa Center is the official institution responsible for all the immigration visa petitions. The NVC is retaining all pending cases until their adjudication by a consular office abroad.

You may contact the NVC using the following phone number 001 603 334-0700. This is an automated system, available 24 hours, seven (7) days a week. However, if you wish to speak directly with an agent, the working hours are between 7:30 AM and 12:30 AM. We recommend calling during the least busy hours, between 8 AM and 10 AM.

Since most applicants prefer email, following are specific instructions, to help you receive a prompt answer:
Provide your full name and birthdate
Include your NVC case number
In case the petition is employment-based, indicate the company’s name
You should not make queries about more than one case at a time.
